Return & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver quality products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return.

You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Returns are not accepted for used products or change-of-mind purchases.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
